A blessed 2016 to all!

As 2015 drew to a close we at Krystal Klean would like to pause and reflect on some of the monumental events that occurred over the past year.

Blessing have abounded and so many of our friends and customers have contributed- we are so grateful.

In February we took what looked like a huge scary step for us in bringing in a General Manager, Edward (Mac) Sebald.  We were aware there was growth needed in our management skills, systems, and processes.  Mac brought his industrial management experience into our service related business and helped us understand and apply some of these skill sets. Thank you, Mac!

The business has continued to experience growth in many of our service departments: 
Residential and route led by Ben Steffens has seen new technology, training, and equipment in the roof cleaning “softwashing” area. Jason Krynock (pictured below) has become the in-house expert on our new roof cleaning system and he has striven for excellence in this.

Painting and waterproofing have continued to grow as we have done several large projects to Include office complexes, mid and high rise condo units, and warehouse spaces.
Night time pressure washing and bathroom cleaning have continued to be a growing portion of what we do. We have added 2 routes this year to handle the growing request for these pressure cleaning and bathroom sanitation services.

We have added locations in Tampa and Atlanta to handle this, and these locations are managed by David Mcalister and Jeff Miller respectively.
The list of changes that happened this year could go on to become a book rather than a Christmas letter if we took the time to write it all out.
We continue to be encouraged and grateful as we observe the blessings that we walk in, both in this country, and in the city of Jacksonville. We appreciate each employee, customer, vendor, and friend that has made this journey possible.

It can be humbling when we hear people making positive comments as we remain aware of our own brokenness at times and the seeming fragile balance of this life.

We remain hopeful and expectant of the future, and are enjoying our God- given blessing of life.

Our goal in 2016 is to continue to reach for excellence and to create the best experience for customers as we serve them and as they interact with us. We want to provide a healthy and secure environment where each person feels challenged to strive to be better every day.

We intend on supporting the team with the finest equipment to make employee’s jobs easier, while providing top quality results for our customers.
