Environmental Health and Safety Compliance

Krystal Klean makes safety a top priority, including meeting all OSHA requirements and training employees in different safety methods. We involve building owners and managers in the process to ensure that they have peace-of-mind.

Suspended scaffolding allows workers to reach wider window areas. Krystal Klean meets all OSHA scaffolding requirements and team members get training from the Scaffolding & Access Industry Association. (

Krystal Klean team members can use mechanical lifts - like “cherry pickers” and scissor lifts - to clean hard to reach places. Team members using lifts follow OSHA safety procedures. Also, Krystal Klean team members get comprehensive training courses from manufacturers like Genie and JLG. Each employee carries a lift certification with them and does daily documented inspections of the lift equipment in use.

Our team members meet all OSHA standards for barricade standards using cones, tape, and other techniques to keep passing pedestrians and vehicles safe. On ground spotters are used in heavy traffic scenarios.

Safety Equipment

Krystal Klean team members use the highest standards of personal protective equipment, including eye protection and ladder safety requirements.

Environmental Health

We have HAZWOPER training and perform lead testing/training. We are fully EPA compliant. We use state-of-the-art fluid reclamation processes including oil water separators and filtration systems. These allow us to recycle the water used, provide waste handling processes, and can provide waste manifestos for disposal of waste, constantly getting educated and updating best practices in the industry.
