Krystal Klean makes safety a top priority, including meeting all OSHA requirements and training employees in different safety methods. We involve building owners and managers in the process to ensure that they have peace-of-mind.
Krystal Klean follows a system of written documentation and standards that help us maintain accountability as we move forward in our mission to maintain your building. Work projects include daily equipment inspection and compliance checks. We complete checklists on a daily basis and also issue written progress reports.
All work plans are signed off on by both the Krystal Klean team supervisors and the building ownership or management, so that both parties can feel secure about the safety of the process.

Krystal Klean team members can use mechanical lifts - like “cherry pickers” and scissor lifts - to clean hard to reach places. Team members using lifts follow OSHA safety procedures. Also, Krystal Klean team members get comprehensive training courses from manufacturers like Genie and JLG. Each employee carries a lift certification with them and does daily documented inspections of the lift equipment in use.
Our team members meet all OSHA standards for barricade standards using cones, tape, and other techniques to keep passing pedestrians and vehicles safe. On ground spotters are used in heavy traffic scenarios.
Krystal Klean team members use the highest standards of personal protective equipment, including eye protection and ladder safety requirements.
We have HAZWOPER training and perform lead testing/training. We are fully EPA compliant. We use state-of-the-art fluid reclamation processes including oil water separators and filtration systems. These allow us to recycle the water used, provide waste handling processes, and can provide waste manifestos for disposal of waste, constantly getting educated and updating best practices in the industry.
